Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We aim to deliver all in stock items within 2 to 3 working days. Bikes may take a little longer as our workshop technicians will inspect all bikes before dispatch to ensure everything is in perfect order.

If an item is out of stock please contact us for availability, we may be able to order this in for you.

We offer free delivery to UK Mainland and Ireland on all orders over £30. Delivery is via Royal mail or courier service - DPD or UPS.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date outlined in the dispatch confirmation email sent to you. Please note that the delivery date is an estimate only. If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days we will offer you a full refund unless there are exceptional circumstances. In such cases we will be in contact with you.

Collection

We also offer the option to collect in store, should you wish to collect the item rather than wait for delivery. You would also save on delivery costs.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Returned items should be unused and in the original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached.

Shop Returns

The simplest way to return an item is to call into the shop. This allows you to get an instant refund, or browse for a replacement item.

Returns by Post

Complete a returns form.

  • Put your unused labelled item for return back in its original packaging along with a copy of your invoice. Please wrap up the product first, do not tape up, or attach labels directly to the packaging as this may cause damage. A charge will be deducted from the refund for any damaged packaging.
  • Fill in a Returns Form and include this with the item you are returning in a parcel.
  • Post the item back to Cookstown Cycles as per instructions on the returns form.
  • When you have posted your item, please email us to let us know.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless as a direct result of an error from Cookstown Cycles. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. It is recommended that you use recorded delivery or a courier service. Please ensure that the service covers the value of the goods in the parcel.

Once your returns request has been processed we will issue an email to the address held for your account letting you know that we have processed your return.
