The C55A is an aerodynamic road wheelset that remains stiff under power and comes equipped with an alloy braking surface, allowing you to stop with confidence in any place and any weather.  It is a great set of wheels for multiple uses, be it triathlon, road racing or casual rides.

At 55 mm deep, the C55 wheels offer significant aero advantage, whilst the rim profile keeps things stable in heavy crosswinds. They are tuned to absorb more road buzz resulting in a slightly more comfortable ride than straight up carbon wheels. As a result you can ride longer and faster, while experiencing less fatigue.

In wet conditions, an alloy surface offers much better braking capability than a fully carbon rim. The alloy is also much better at dissipating heat than carbon fibre, so it is safer on very long descents. The C55A wheelset is a great choice for someone looking to upgrade to a faster set of wheels that can handle lots of different conditions and are durable enough to use every day.
